These are extremely easy to make and taste delicious!
1 small banana, mashed
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbs almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cook on medium to low heat in a fry pan sprayed with coconut oil.
- Top with desired toppings. My favourite combo is Greek yoghurt, cinnamon, blueberries and honey.
