The beetroot provides your body with a stack of antioxidants and vitamins. Studies have found that beetroot can reduce blood pressure and inflammation. It aids digestion, relieves nausea, has anti-inflammatory effects and can ease cold and flu symptoms such as headaches and sore throats. Lemon is wonderful for your liver, the detox organ of the body. Cinnamon helps stabilise your blood sugar levels, to provide your body with a steady supply of energy and prevent cravings.
