Just what you feel like on a hot summer’s day – a smoothie bowl! Quick and easy to throw together and healthy too so you can wear those shorts and bikinis with confidence this summer.
130g frozen strawberries
120g frozen banana
30g vanilla whey protein isolate (I use bare blends)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
150ml milk of choice (I used full fat dairy)
1 tray ice
2 strawberries, sliced
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp shredded coconut
- Blend the smoothie ingredients for 1 minute in a high speed blender. You may need to scrape down the sides and repeat for another 30 seconds.
- Top with all the toppings and enjoy!
