Something I get asked all the time is for a home workout suitable for beginners. This full body workout is super basic and very suitable for total exercise newbies. You don’t even need any equipment – just two cans from your kitchen cupboard. If you would like to make the workout a little more challenging you can progress to dumbbells which you can pick up from Kmart for very little. Workout

Exercise Sets Reps
A1 Alternating lunge with bicep curl 2-3 12
A2 Squat and shoulder press 2-3 12
A3 Lateral raise 2-3 12
A4 Glute bridge 2-3 12
A5 Bird Dog 2-3 12
A6 Knee push up 2-3 12

 

Complete this workout as a circuit, doing one exercise after the other until you have completed all of them. Rest for a minute and then repeat.
