Hi, I’m Holly
In 2008 I completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and went on to work in the fitness industry for 7 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Then in 2014 I changed careers to teaching for 7 years, in between having my two beautiful baby girls. During this phase of my life I continued to indulge in my passion for fitness by coaching myself to compete in an INBA bikini competition where I placed 6th. I also started this blog as a way to have a platform to educate and motivate women in their health and fitness journeys. In addition, I bottled all of my health, nutrition and fitness knowledge into a program which I am so proud of, called Lean & Well.
Now I am back to doing what I am truly passionate about – personal training. I specialise in all aspects of female fitness. I love helping women feel strong, capable, confident, happy and beautiful. I believe every woman can feel this way with regular exercise. It is my absolute pleasure to help as many women as possible experience this fit feeling.
