Personal Training 1:1
What it includes:
- 100% customised training session to help you achieve your goals.
- A custom training program for you to do on the days you are not doing a training session with me.
- Progress measurements and photos taken every 4 weeks.
What to expect:
- Initial Session. Your first session is complimentary so you can see if I’m the right fit for you. This session will involve a consultation where you will fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire. This is so I can find out everything I need to know to design the best training program for you to help you achieve your goals. The second part of the initial session involves a ‘taster’ training session. I will teach you how to correctly warm up so that you will know how to warm up before future personal training sessions. Then I will take you through your first short training session.
- Subsequent Training Sessions. Ideally to maximise your training time I recommend my clients arrive 5-10 minutes early to their training session so they can perform their warm up before the session starts. During the 45 minute training session I will take you through a workout where I will track exactly what weights, sets and reps you complete so I can ensure progressive overload is being achieved each week.

Personal Training 1:2
What it includes:
- 100% customised training session to help you and your training partner towards both you and your partner’s goals. This works best if the person you are training with has similar goals.
- A custom training program for you and your partner to do on the days you are not doing a training session with me.
- Progress measurements and photos taken every 4 weeks.

Booty Builder Class
COMING SOON
This class focuses on growing and strengthening the glutes. This strength training workout is based on the latest science on glute hypertrophy. Each workout consists of a 5-10 minute dynamic warm up to prepare and activate the glutes, a 30 minute intense glute workout and 5 minutes of stretching. The class is limited to a maximum of 5 people to ensure excellent coaching can be provided to every participant. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced lifters.

#fitpregnancy Class
THIS CLASS RUNS ON DEMAND
This is a resistance training class designed specifically for pregnant women.
There are many benefits to exercising when pregnant such as:
- Reduced risk of gestational diabetes
- Decreased risk or pregnancy related high blood pressure
- Decreased postpartum recovery time
- Reduced weight gain
- Decreased risk of low back pain
- Decreased risk of urinary incontinence
- Mental health benefits
- Maintain strength and fitness
If you would like to learn how to safely and optimally exercise when pregnant #fitpregnancy class is a great way to learn. Please let Holly know if you are interested in this class. This class runs when there is a demand of two or more women interested in attending.

Online Programming
AVAILABLE FEBRUARY
This is a personalised training program that’s created just for you. It is perfect for those who want guidance and direction for their time in the gym. Holly will create an individualised strength training regime for you based off a comprehensive questionnaire. You will receive a detailed workout plan complete with a sample weekly schedule, dynamic warm ups, and workouts tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment.
After sending Holly your completed questionnaire you will receive your program in 5 business days.
$80 for a custom training program
Terms & Conditions
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required prior to your personal training session/ class or you will be charged the full amount for your session. Exceptional circumstances will be excused.
