Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

This a delicious snack, and it’s perfect now that the weather is warming up. You can’t go wrong with the flavours in this smoothie bowl!

Serves 1


Smoothie bowl:
1 handful ice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup filtered water
1 scoop/30g vanilla protein powder
1 large / 140g frozen banana, broken into chunks
2 dried dates
2 pinches Himalayan or sea salt

1 tsp maca
1/4 cup granola


  1. Blend all smoothie bowl ingredients for 90 seconds in a high speed blender. You may need to stop it once and scrape down the sides.
  2. Scrape into a bowl and top with the maca and granola.
