I have a confession to make. Before I accidentally discovered dōTERRA (thanks mum!), I had no experience whatsoever of essential oils. In fact, I had never really considered the benefits of using natural methods over the modern approach in order to support myself and my family (confession #2!). This a delicious snack, and it’s perfect now that the weather is warming up. You can’t go wrong with the flavours in this smoothie bowl!

Serves 1

Ingredients

Smoothie bowl:
1 handful ice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup filtered water
1 scoop/30g vanilla protein powder
1 large / 140g frozen banana, broken into chunks
