In the third trimester it feels like there is suddenly so much to do! Finally the arrival of your baby is almost here. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed and a bit stressed so I created this checklist during my first pregnancy to evenly distribute all the tasks I wanted to get done before baby’s arrived. I then added a few more things to this checklist for my second pregnancy because I realised how much I would appreciate being super prepared for when entering the ‘newborn phase’ again. This to-do-list is a mixture of practical, fun, health and
Recently I attended a fantastic course on exercise during pregnancy and the post partum period. I learnt so much and had what I already knew reaffirmed by an expert in the field (women’s health physiotherapist Taryn Watson from FitRight). If you would like to know more detail such as why you should be avoiding certain things, I recommend you follow some
I can’t believe I’m pregnant with baby number two! I feel so incredibly grateful and thankful every single day for the privilege of having another precious miracle grow inside of me. In this blog post you will find a little summary of the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy.
How I found out I was pregnant
