These are extremely easy to make and taste delicious!

Serves 1


1 small banana, mashed
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbs almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cook on medium to low heat in a fry pan sprayed with coconut oil.
  3. Top with desired toppings. My favourite combo is Greek yoghurt, cinnamon, blueberries and honey.
